Verarbeitungshinweise

Die maximale Tragfähigkeit kann nur erreicht werden wenn:

  • der größtmögliche Schraubendurchmesser verwendet wird
  • die min. Schraubenlänge eingehalten wird (Dübellänge + Stärke von Putz, Fliese etc. + Befestigungsstärke + 1xSchraubendurchmesser = min. Schraubenlänge)
  • das Bohloch gereinigt wird (ausbürsten oder ausblasen)
  • die Bohrlochabmessungen den Herstellerangaben entsprechen

Es wird empfohlen, bei Gasbeton 1 mm kleiner sowie bei Leicht-, Hohl- und Lochbaustoffen im Drehgang zu bohren. In Gipskarton mit Metall- oder Holzbohrern bohren.
Haken- und Ösenschrauben müssen bei der Verankerung mit Universaldübeln in Hohlbaustoffen und Platten oder Tafeln unbedingt einen Bund haben, damit die Verknotung realisiert werden kann.
