Verarbeitungshinweise

Die maximale Tragfähigkeit kann nur erreicht werden wenn:

  • der größtmögliche Schraubendurchmesser verwendet wird
  • die min. Schraubenlänge eingehalten wird (Dübellänge + Stärke von Putz, Fliese etc. + Befestigungsstärke + 1xSchraubendurchmesser = min. Schraubenlänge)
  • das Bohloch gereinigt wird (ausbürsten oder ausblasen)
  • die Bohrlochabmessungen den Herstellerangaben entsprechen

Es wird empfohlen, bei Gasbeton 1 mm kleiner sowie bei Leicht-, Hohl- und Lochbaustoffen im Drehgang zu bohren.

Die angegebenen Werte sind Bruchkräfte. Sie gelten für allgemeine Befestigungen und voll gewährleistete Tragfähigkeit des aufgeführten Verankerungsgrundes. Tragfähigkeitsmindernd wirken nicht berücksichtigter Putz, Isolierung oder nichttragendes Mauerwerk, sowie zu nahes Setzen der Dübel an Mauerfugen oder -kanten. Ein entsprechenden Sicherheitsbeiwert ist zu beachten.
